Happy ending
I ordered a bunch of stuff for my gf's baby shower from favor frenzy. I was so happy seing their prices, I didn't check their reviews. I received my order in time but there was a item missing and two of the items (tool and ribbon) were the wrong color. My gf googles then and that's when I found this site.All the bad reviews worried me, but I still took action and e-mailed the company. I received a response few days later with a Customer refund notification for my missing item and another e-mail telling me that the wrong items are on their way. I did receive both the refund and the right color tule and ribbon and I am very happy that everything worked out in the end. I will probably order again from them(prices way too good!), but will e-mail first to make sure that they have the items I am interested in. AdinaB

Patience is a Virtue-But I am so Happy with my Order!
I placed on order from Favorfrenzy.com on January 20, 2010, I was extremely weary because of all the bad reviews I had read about the company, but I still thought, hey, I'll take my chances, most of the reviews are quite dated, so perhaps I will have better luck. I ordered 34 dozen wedding favors and spent around $400 so I was taking a pretty big gamble but the prices were so much lower than any other site I had seen for the same items, plus I got an addition 10% off for spending over $200- and the shipping was very reasonable. So the website said that my shipment would go out 1 business day after I ordered and that I was supposed to receive my shipment within 3-6 business days. This did not happen. I should have received my order by January 29, 2010, I did not. Finally, yesterday I decided to contact FF, I called their number but no one responded, the customer service machine was full so I left a message with accounting, plus I sent a e-mail via their contact us page of their website. Promptly, today I received a response informing me that I would get my shipment within 1-2 days that it was still in transit. Low and behold, my doorbell rang today and there was my Favor Frenzy Order. I could not be HAPPIER- I love the favors I ordered, they are exactly like they look on the website. So while the order got here about two weeks late, (I really don't mind, my wedding is not until June) I am very happy with Favor Frenzy- and do encourage people to buy from them but just leave enough time for delays.

Beware!
I ordered some organza bags from Favor frenzy not realizing their history. I became aware of how their reputation and started firing off emails. I did get in touch with someone and they told me that my packages was in customs. I truly didn't believe my package would arrive, but today it did. There was still something strange about the packages as the date it was sent was Feb 16 but this was when the lady told me my package was in customs? It just doesn't add up. I am pleased with my purchase however, I don't believe I would order from them again. I went and checked out their rating on the Better Business Bureau http://www.bbb.org/ and they are rated F. From now on I will check a company's name and history before I just hand over my credit card information.

Favor Frenzy Delivered
I placed a large order with Favor Frenzy before reading all the bad reviews. They sent me a confirmation & expected arrival date. My product did not arrive by the date so I went back to their site to find a phone number to contact them. As you all know, that's nearly impossible to find & when I did get their #, no one answers & voice mailbox is full. I was worried & frustrated. I did contact them through e-mail, of which they did not respond. After much panic, I did receive my order about 1 week later than they said I would & I am very pleased with my order. I did place my order 4 months in advance of my event. I will not encourage or discourage anyone from using Favor Frenzy, simply let you know to order in advance if you choose to use them.

Contact BBB about Favor Frenzy!!!
For all the people who have a complaint about Favor Frenzy, PLEASE CONTACT THE BBB! I also had the same experience and am still dealing with this problem. I, too, wish I would have read reviews on the website before I ordered from them. I was attracted by their short delivery times and reaonably priced products. I needed to make a Halloween costume for my daughter and obviously made a huge mistake. Because of them I will have to go buy my daughter a costume and will be out all the money I spent with their company and what I pay for a new costume. When I contacted Nicole (favorfrenzy.com owner)I was not contacted at the time it gave me to choose. I was not even contacted by phone like I had said I would prefer. 2 days later Nicole emailed me and asked for my order number. I sent her the number and 4 DAYS! later I recieved 2 emails from her. The first email saying that I had ordered on 9/29, the item was shipped on 9/30 and delivered on 10/5. I messaged her and told her that I didn't even order anything nor had I ever even seen the website until 10/12 and according to my emailed reciept the order wasn't shipped until 10/14. Once I sent that email I immediately checked the other email she had sent and it said "Your order said undeliverable your address must be wrong." I sent her an email back saying that if it said undeliverable then why had she sent me an email only minutes before that saying that it was delivered days before I even odered the items and that my address was correct. Of course I have called the number given, nobody ever answers and the voicemailbox is always full so it will not allow you to leave a message. I have contacted the BBB and would suggest that everyone else do the same. That is the only way you will get your money back from them and if there are enough complaints hopefully they will be exposed for being either a scam or just a horrible company.

My order isnt here!!!
i paid EXTRA to have my wedding tulle shipped to ensure it would be here in time, i ordered my fabric on wednesday oct. 7th and paid extra to have it express delivered a 1 to 3 day delivery time, my wedding is this saturday october 17th, i have email this company, since there are conveniently no contact number!!!! twice in the last two days, tellin them how urgent this is that someone contact me and let me know if its on the way... and have heard nothing!! i will never do business with favor frenzy again, RUINED MY WEDDING!!!!!

Favor frenzy ripped me off
I wish that I had read these reviews before I made my order. I placed an order for ribbon in January and still have not received it (it's JULY!!!). I live in Canada and don't know if that has anything to do with being ripped off. After checking my order status in February I contacted customer service. They sent me an email saying that the order has been shipped but that's it. I've requested a phone call from customer service, we'll see how that goes. Thank goodness I didn't place a large order! I'm still fighting for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Non delivery of items ordered from website.
I shop a good bit online but this one got me. I got ripped off by favorfrenzy.com. I'm glad it was $54 (and change) and not a lot more. I did get a email back from them when I first emailed them about not receiving my order. I was contacted within the day from someone named Nicole. She send an email from the email address favorfrenzy@***.com. She said they would be happy to refund my money. Website looked good. Contact email address was provided. Return policy looked good. I was in a hurry and forgot to look for a phone number. After the fact, of course, I discover others who have been screwed out of their money. I came upon this site and decided to complain.

56 days and counting, still no delivery
I feel like a fool. I placed an order with Favor frenzy in February and finally got my package after 25 days. Their prices were good enough that I placed a second order on April 8th, trusting them when they explained the first delay. It is now June 4th and I have yet to receive my merchandise, worse yet, they have sent me 2 bogus tracking numbers and assured me on 5 seperate occasions that my items are going out expidited shipping the next day. Trust me and all of the other reviews, they do not respond to emails, or follow through on requests for contact made via their website. In searching for contact infomration I found that they also have an eBay store and have awful feedback there as well. Do Not purchase anything from them that you need to get in a timely fashion if at all. I've filed a claim with my credit card company, and will be getting my $$ back, but I've spent way too many hours wondering if I'll see my merchandise to justify the price. Buyer BEWARE!

DO NOT buy anything from this website ...I placed an order for expedited shipping on 3/2/2008- today is 3/17/2008 and I havent received anything from them!! I was in touch with one of their representatives who said that my package would arrive by the 7th since i needed it by the 8th. I've tried emailing them again and again but no response what so ever! They also charged my credit card but it's currently being investigated by my credit card company after i disputed it. Horrible company!!!! no response!!! no package!! complete rip off!!!

Do Not Buy From Favor Frenzy!
They will leave you in a frenzy trying to replace what they supposed shipped. I ordered red and white tulle. It was shipped, I received an email (with no telephone # to contact them and an email that seems to lead to nowhere), I even got a fed ex confirmation number. The problem is that the supposed package was sent to the wrong address. The person receiving the package cannot change the address where the package is being sent to. Phone calls and emails will lead nowhere. It now seems like the website is either not working, out of service, or just a part of a scam. I believe it is a just that, a scam.

Call the Better Business Bureau on Favor Frenzy.
I never received my order. Unanswered emails. Money deducted from my account. Their website was unreachable for a few days. I am sorry that I am one of the victims of this scam and I do not want others to be the same. They should be shut down. I filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I wish I had seen this website before i placed my order. I really needed the items i ordered for a special event in my life. this business caused more stress on an innocent consumer! Call the Better Business Bureau on these scammers! 909-825-****!

I Ordered items and payed with no delivery
I never received my order either. Unanswered emails. Money deducted from my account. Their website was unreachable for a few days. I am sorry that I am one of the victims of this scam and I do not want others to be the same. They should be shut down. I wish I had seen this website before i placed my order. I really needed the items I ordered for a special event in my life. This business caused more stress on an innocent consumer! I have a very negative view of e-Bay over this issue. I ordered Three differant items with Favor Frenzy and payed $230.80 though Paypal on e-bay. Items 140124****03/ 140140****97/ 140183****74 which was never recieved. I tried to go though e-bay with feedback and the only thing I recieved back from Favor Frenzy was negative comments on my feedback.

Favor Frenzy is a SCAM!
I paid for my two items on Feb. 21. 2008. By Feb. 26.2008 I got an message saying my items were being shipped (was supposed to be combined shipping but I paid over $20.00 shipping to Canada, whatever I didn't care really. I really wanted my items). By March 15. 2008 I began to get worried and e-mailed them saying I have not received anything, which they would say it would take 8 to 10 days to get to me. They refunded me half my money, and said they were shipping another package. Today, I still have not received any packages, as well as now my e-mails are being ignored. I found their number 1-62*-732-**** and left a message. Still no response. I filed a dispute through paypal, no response. Filed a claim through e-bay, no response. I found this site, and read everyone's complaint and I decided that I was upgrading my dispute to a claim. They supposibly sent another package, but for the last week it's been in California. I know I live in Canada, but I do know that doesn't take this long to get out of CA. I got angry also cause I left a neutral comment, expressing the concerns I had with this company. I got a response from them as a negative comment saying I had no communication and they had no clue what my problem was. And automatically after they left a negative comment, they asked for my comment to be withdrawed. See, I don't really care about my comments cause I am not an avid shopper on EBAY. So I was like screw that, leave negative remarks. E-BAY needs to do something about Favor Frenzy. They scammed a lot of people, and are just really untrustworthy. So for those smart enough to google their name before buying something from them, good for you. And for those in the same situation as I am, claim through paypal and take your buisness elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!

i had to place my order elsewhere. the investigators are looking into this case
